Mr. Martin has tried many jury cases in many venues in Louisiana and several other stated in the Southeast. Mr. Martin owned and operated a consulting company that provided Medicare compliance services to clients across the country. For the last ten years, Mr. Martin’s practice has focused on estate planning.

Mr. Martin served as Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Home Care Association of Louisiana and was a Member of the Credentialing Task Force for Consultants for the National Association of Home Care.
